Some medical companies are just eyewash as they just give you some good excuses to not pay back your medical claims, even when you are sincerely paying your premiums in time. One of the excuse is the hospitalisation is just for one day even if the bill comes to 7000 or more. Can the government take note of such medical insurance companies if they really want to help the people who are in trouble with their medical bills even when they are paying heavy premiums monthly to such insurance companies. Is this also a way to earn black money,at the poor hapless clients cost?

yes, the Health ministry should pass a notification that even hospitilization below 24 hrs duration should be eligible for claim
One Suggestion is even if we are State/Pvt/ Central Govt. Employees we have to purchase Mediacal Insurance it will really help us and save our future savings it is my personal experience, I am a Government of Andhra Pradesh Employee for Medial Insurance call 9346919062
If an employee is covered under ESIC, they are not covered under Workmen's Compensation Act. Also I believe it would be applicable only to individuals whose salaries are less than or equal to Rs.10,000 per month.
Company can take up PERSONAL ACCIDENT POLICY which covers round the clock, not only during working hours. It covers death, disablement, partial disablement, leave compensation etc.,
Since majority of the time the employer will find ways and means to cut cost and enhance his profitability, this (insurance) is often neglected. can we demand the employer to make our insurance needs, who should pay for the same is it the employer of the employee? kindly explain

Now a days, even small employers who are unable to pay heavy compensation to the employees, take insurance coverage for the employees and the employers themselves pay the insurance premium so that their burden is reduced.

I don't think taking insurance policy by the Company is compulsory. But at the same it is Company's obligation to compensate the employees in case of eventuality.
My Employer has not subscribed to any such policy. Does the Govt/constitution/laws still hold the company responsible for such mishaps and awards claims thereafter? Also my company does not have any Gratuity policy. Is that an option with the employer or it is also a mandatory facility extended to the employee from the Employer by Laws/Constitution/Govt.
Re: What is the Pvt. Company does not buys any such policy?

please note any 'factory' under the factories act & any 'place of employment' under the ESIC act makes it mandatory for subscribing to these policies under these acts
if an employee gets injured after a party in the office, is the company legally liable to bear expenses. also if the company pays for alcohol bills during annual parties and an aemployee is detected with some disease linked with alcohol, can the company be held responsible?

If he gets injury in the office party the Company is liable. But not after the party or for the disease. No Company makes it compulsory to drink heavily.
