Drape or Drop

The story is about how to drape a saree and the image is about how to drop the pallu. Is this cheap trick required for rediff? You rediff moderator keep blocking and deleting abuses. Then why don't you delete the image too?

Draping a saree

Hm...the photo provided by rediff goes to surely prove that the 'attractive appeal of the saree is (indeed)limitless' - that's a line from the rediff writeup! The 'aam aurat'in our India, is not going to wear a saree that way! and in India, the 'aam' is all that we have!

I fully agree. The photo shown is more about vulgar display of feminine anatomy and has nothing to do with sari-draping! Have our cultural sensibilities hit such a low ebb that we have to ape the west in everything? Where is the true Indian Nari here?!

I think the foto here is a mysnomer.
Actually the pallu is about to fall and the saree(AS IT IS) is not supposed to show your cleavage and your top assets. Also covers the naval portion.

This photo is about how a saree shoud not be DRAPED
