Hi Everyone, I am planning to buy a land in Township area in Kishan nagar village,Shadnagar,hyderabad.This township is being developed by a SreeMitra group.Will that area be good for long term investment(say 10 yrs)? To buy that land what documents i should ask from builder? They say they have already completed two township project in that area.Please guide me.Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
