I want to know that whether I will get a home loan for construction of upper floor because I am working not in my native state.

dear sir, i have taken a home from a person which home alraedy financed by bank in the name of concerned person due to his financial proble he unable to make a EMI PAY TO BANK so i take a responsible for his home loan and make a resgistered power of attorney in my name on his home.now the complete power of home is my.
my query is that can i transfere that home loan into another bank in favour of my name so that i can claim a tax benefit and rate of interest,at present i cant get any benefit if tax claim.

please suggest me.

i have applied home loan to LIC HOUS.FIN.1st i have got the sanction letter with 8.9% 3 yrs,fixed,but they couldnt disburse,in n2nd letter time they told me 8.9% schme closed,now 9.25% is applicable 5yrs,fixed,but i refused,i told give me 8.9.they given me but period is upto march2012,what shall i do,wheater i have to proceed or go for the 9.25%

1. Me and my spouse are joint owners of property and have taken a joint loan and she is house wife and no earning for her
2. The property is under construction and will be completed in January 2010
3. We have paid Rs 32027 as principal and Rs 43171 as interest in this financial year.

And my question is will i be entitled to claim entire deduction on interest and priciple repayments

i seen one resale room, previous owners transaction made in cash and they not paid any stamp duty & registration fees last purchaser notarised his agreement and i am the 4th one, i am ready to pay stamp duty & registration fee,
can i purchase the above said room?
and i wanted home loan also, i need your suggesion.
