Guys, in simple words, this means, reduce your food intake by a small amount. That is from 4 rotis to 3 rotis and so on. It makes a whole load of difference :=)

Just eat home-made food as much as possible, go easy on junk food and try to eat only to satisfy rather than stuff yourself. Losing weight is not Greek, just eat a little less, normal stuff like roti, dal, rice, vegetables etc. and you're fine..you don't have to go for those ridiculous diets.
Rediff needs to revamp its health articles...half of them are PR (paid for)articles and the other half are lifted forom foreign magazines/websites..pls give us QUALITY not QUALITY...
