Business and Success

I can write a book on this but I will put my thoughts briefly in just a few lines.

The one thing that almost all businessmen across the world believe is that money alone is a measure of a successful business, which is entirely untrue.

Business has to be built on a sound foundation of good business principles,of integrity and honesty, of employee welfare and ethics. It should always consist of the three Ps : People, product and profits in that order. In this constant talk of "dreaming" thinking global" and "big", most businesses have sacrificed the essence of good business.

Look at the US - Greed is the single major factor that has brought this disastrous financial crisis not only upon it but also upon the rest of the world since we are all interconnected.

There is no harm in thinking "big" and 'dreaming" but it is equally important to think that the dreams are realised through honest means and greed is totally eschewed.

Remember Mahatma Gandhi's words " Ends do not justify means" It is not "how much" money you make but "how" you make that money and "how much" of it you share with others.

Indian Youths should Imitate Great Selfless Leaders

Dear Readers,

Yes, there are few things to be learn from the Story of this businessman.

But Indian youths should imitate Great Selfless Leaders.

Businessman are never exact true role model for youths. Because Business means, little bit of Hera-feri. I am too positive, hence using word, little. Otherwise, every person who is working in corporate world, knows, the exact situation.

Youths should imitate, Truthful, selfless, intellectuals, who worked for the upliftment of common people.

You read any biography of businessman, even he is taking inspiration from Great Leaders from other fields.

Regards,
