Re: office email

There are some sections of people who say, what is "Best Regards". How is it different from just, "Regards". Likewise, what is "Warm Regards". Is there anything such as "Hot or Cold Regards".
I've been employing a safe bet, these days, by using just the word "Regards". I feel "Yours Faithfully", "Yours Truly" sound artificial. This is jut my opinion, though.

Write "sleeve" because it is adjective. Take example of the adjective "good". We do not say "100 goods men". Rather we say "100 good men". Likewise "100 full-sleeve shirts" is correct.
1.Do not use CAPITAL letters, it means the person is shouting. 2.Better to reply point-wise instead of writing story or essay. e.g. "work1 - done. Then I will do work 2 later as I have to go to dentist then atm then pay bills then traffic jam." can be written as "1. Work 1 is done. 2. Work 2 will be done later due to x reason." 3."Hello, [main point]" is the best greeting, instead of "Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings. Have a nice day. Hope you are doing well. [main point]". Similarly, a simple "Regards" with name and contact number is sufficient instead of "Have a nice sunny seaside day with birds and trees. Save the Earth. Save water, humanity, world peace, mars, moon. Thank you very much and season's greetings for christmas, new year, world email day, to your family children, cousin, distant relatives,..blah blah". 4. A short notice in footer saying this id is used for official communication for intended person. In case of mis-communication or queries, please reply back. 5. It does not require some special skills to write mails. Simple basic formal language is sufficient. e.g. "It has been construed from your previous communication that you intend to give the impression not to do what you have been asked to." can be written as "your previous mail shows your unwillingness." 6. Lastly and most important, avoid stingers. They get a good response but end up in bad situations. happy mailing. :)

Well in your case you configure your email account(irrespetive of mail server)in MS Outlook which will help you in writing correct spellings.
