To develop the minds of Indian they dont have to go anywhere as they are taught respect,right thinking at home from parents ,teachers and in college.The ones who go abroad come back drunk with drugs and are unable to adjust in India.Everwhere Indians are much better than their counterpart work or business,the problem with distortion starts at the top ,Leaders and filter down thats all,so the problem to be solved is to change the top then all will be Ok
Sashi Tharoor's statement "India needs well informed minds" is just the reflection of what this 2nd UPA envisages.
If Indian students are going to Australia or other countries because they are unable to get through in good institutions then that is the failure of the Government.Merely allowing foreign Universities to set up campuses is just an attempt by the Government to divest itself from its role in the social sector.What difference does it make if a student spends huge sums at Australia to acquire a degree or if he spends huge amounts in India to acquire a foreign degree?

No one knows what drives Tharoor to twist govt policies while blogging on twitter. It is moot poiint as to is he just foolish or paid to do something elselike a lobbyist? Sometimes it hits headlines as a controversy but I am sure he must be making some crafty hits too.
'Well-formed mind' :- Kudos to that person who wasn't having good food to eat, clear water to drink, who was not even informed of his basic source of knowledge but struggled to find all these somehow and still running faster to equal any of his peers.. I think there comes the well-formed mind. You will find lots of such 'well-formed minds' in our India.
And these 'well-formed minds' will say that we have crossed this point of talking long back and What we need now is to act.. act against rapists, act against corruptions, act against injustice, act against poverty.. and again these 'well-formed minds' who are not biased of any 'party' or religion or sex.. they are the ones who are going to help India achieve that today or tomorrow.
