Make movies on real life.
by manoj kumar on Dec 23, 2009 08:19 AM  | Hide replies

In india we need lots of library who shows realistic movies and documentary. Otherwise people watch TV, and cheap movies. And get their head messed up.
Mr. Nair should make film based on real life and also make sure that they are watched by lots of students, educated people.

Poors are objectified to beg from West
by Wepoorindians on Dec 22, 2009 10:31 PM

Can you make movies on the plight of we poors.

Poverty is an unparliamentary language or slang .

Poor- No Right for them to ask for even a dingy house and Roti and Dal. Just see the spiralling prices of all vegetables.Of course , there is somebody behind it to make it impossible for us to live life poorsize.

his answers are all very descriptive.so he should be good at movies.but ofcourse commercial movies need a different approach.
about the story part. maybe ppl will look at bigname actors but if actors are second level, then screenplay, direction etc all become important.

Film Project - Real Life-Changing Movie
by historyrepeats on Dec 22, 2009 05:23 PM  | Hide replies

Brick and Mortar Story : No substance in Realty Boom and it is mere bubble ticking like a bomb to burst anytime leaving all property investers in pain and feel cheated.

Rs.25000/- per month for a family of 4 members in Tier II cities means person just meeting hands to mouth situation. If the question is how and why :

Rs. 6000 p.m min. on house rent for 2BHK
Rs. 6000 p.m min. for house hold grocery items
Rs. 4000 pm for School fees for 2 children.
Rs. 1000 p.m min for milk
Rs. 1000 p.m min for petrol expenses
Rs. 1500 p.m min electricity and water charges
Rs. 1000 p.m wedding and social functions.
Rs. 1000 pm. for mobile and phone expenses.
Rs. 500 pm for internet expenses
Rs. 3000 pm for sundry & misc expenses incl medicine.

In such circumstances, if one takes a housing loan of 20 lacs to purchase two BHK shabby type house in Tier II cities with an EMI for 20 years, that means he is calling hell on him and will mortgage his entire life in paying EMI only. No wonder, such persons are even daring to purchase Car on loan which after some time is pulled and towed away by goondas sent by ICICI Bank , HDFC Bank or other private banks

Blockbuster Movie : Builders & Realty Brokers Nexus ( BRBN)

Mind it we are not talking about people earning Rs.5000 per month and such people are in majority cutting across geographical lines divided into tier cities.

Good calculation. It is an eye-opening dossair. Sorry guys, nobody bothers about such advancements because Builders lobby has got the strength and support of civic authorities and ministry.

Second Thought

in such circumstances one will never able to take the home laon of Rs. 20 Lakh.
A person with salary of 25000 will get the max loan in the renge of 11 to 12 Lakh. & will not able to buy it.

Simple solution. If One has the salary of 25000 per month he should go for 1 bhk with a small and reputed builder with nonluxurius flat scheme. otherwise it will not possible to buy house for that person unless and until his salary not become 50000.

There are two ways of thinking in life.

1 - think big and do not compramise with the small...
2 - Think big but if practically not possible start with small.

for 20 Lakhs with 8.25 pc, EMI for 10 years is 24531 and for 15 years it is 19403. You almost pay 15 lakh interest on 15 year tenure, making the value of the house 20 15=35 lakhs. which no one will purchase after 15 years..as ppl would prefer new ones.
