Indian Institutes of MisManagement
by Freedom Forever on Dec 21, 2009 10:45 PM  | Hide replies

These premier institutes can't even conduct their entrance examinations properly and they charge exorbitant fees for their courses. Management was not even a subject till few decades back. It was just introduced to create brainless Managers and CEOs for Wall Street firms. Look what Harvard, Stanford educated managers did to world economy. They couldn't manage the risks involved and forced the entire world into recession. Just goes to show that true leadership and management comes from within, not by learning few number crunching techniques at premier institues.

1. They could have provided the Site Project to some amateurs.
2. If they were not Amateurs, they could have tried to save the cost and develop the system without OOPS concept.
3. If they could have then they would have not provided the server with load balancing properly.
4. If load balancing would be there then they must have not used more than 2 servers.
5. They would have not gone for proper SQL Injections queries.

Possible Causes

Should have had a trail run, test the software before rolling it out for actual exam for students to take.
