The job requirements are such that one can not be home before x time. it is a take it or leave it situation. so what is the option left? I dont think there are enough jobs with regular time options.
Working from Home is the answer for this problem, organization should give serious thought. Its high time to make culture viable for both families of emloyees and organization.

Venky, just because you cant do it (either getting a 1.25lac/month job or quitting job for kids), doesnt mean you dont believe. This is a show of s i c k attitude from you.
