I had 10 kg of sugar every day .. it effected my health, they should ban sugar I had 20 chappathies each for breakfast and lunch and dinner, it effected my health, let's ban chappathies..
come on...
Compared to softdriks like cola, energy drinks are far better if consumed in moderation.

I could not sleep the whole night after having an energy drink and it affected me the next day. This was given at a promotional event introducing this drink.
I cant belive we are getting these drinks in India! I am living in UK since past 5 years and see people drinking all these fizzy drinks. I wonder what difference does it make? I tried once and didnt find it making me energetic. Its just a state of mind and we feel drinking it will give us energy! If you hold a glass of water and say I will get energy drinking this, I am sure will help it! Please dont waste money on such caffene drinks!

Ur absolutly true....!!! its jus th state of mind tht determines th energy level...like u run faster if a dog s chasing u...th effect of aspirin...etc.. u thnk u r on a high aftr u drink a health drink bcause u beliv tht its givng u th energy....

well said, I totally agree! or drink 1 glass of sugar cane juice. Rather than paying money to these American and British firms!

Components mixed in Energy drinks have not been verified scientifially. Energy drinks generally use Caffeine and cocaine.As per research Red Bull & other drinks are using cocaine of 0.4 microgram per ltr.Regular consumption of cocaine start mixing in the blood and showing adverse effects. In many countries energy drinks has classified under Narcotic. One surprsing fact France and Denmark apart from banning the drink, described it as a cocktail of death, due to its vitamin components mixed with glucuronlactor-a highly dangerous chemical, which was developed by the United States Department of defense during 60 years to stimulate the moral of the troops based in Vietnam-which acted like hallucinogenic drug that calmed the stress of war. We should avoid these drinks instead we should go for meditation, yoga, concentration yoga, walking arobic, fruits and fresh fruits juice instead of depending on these energy drinks for energy. Nature is the best source of energy we should be near to nature instead of man made drinks of energy.

they are overhyped and overpriced - agents get them for 30% of mrp who then sell them at mrp.
