Indian managers who are successful are characterised by being blood suckers, little apathy for fellow employers, opportunistics apart from being a good spokesman.

It requires to do a thousands evil to reach a position like VP.

So please no sympathy/candles for such an evil spirit

Alpha males are a rarity and not everyone can be that. However if they fine tune their presonality a little bit and bring a little moderation in their life then they are winners from all sides ,holistically and in all rights.

Regards
Rohit

Stupid argument!

Popular wisdom says 'No one ever died from working too hard'.

He must have died from some other pathological cause. How can anyone die from 'overwork'? Overwork is said to shape of destiny, success and character, not death.
