freshers or experienced both get duped by these so called HR people . who take round after round for interview salry negotiation round is over in 2 mins without any explanation bcoz many a times they give incomplete or incorrect info so pls be smart enough.

Every thing should be in writing(no verbal commitment). HR managers go back on their verbal assurances given to the candisates citing it is not there in your appointment letter. So be careful.I was promised a fernished accomodation after confirmation but never got it as it was not menstioned in the appointment letter. The offerd me the same only when I resigned after accepting new appointment.
Salary negotiation happens in premier B School campus. Even in premier undergrad schools you just get whatever is the starting package. Where is the question of negotiation.
