Can Anyone suggest me if I took a home loan of Rs. 4,00,000/- from ICICI bank and due to some unforeseen health issues with my father they failed to continue the installments and as a result bank has issued property possession notice to its possession Authority called ARMS located in Bhopal(M.P.)Now this agency has issued possession notice to the collector of the district and I have got very little time to repay the remaining amount of the loan that is 7.5 lacs. As my father passed away a fortnight back, I am liable to repay that whole amount and that too in such a short period which is almost impossible for me. I would very much appreciate anyone's advice or suggestion to make this situation better.
What if the person deposits EMI Cheque and Bank deposits it in some other Account instead of the Depositer's Account thereby raising up the Late Payment Charges.
Recently I had a nasty experience with citi bank. I paid my EMI on time. But i received many SMS stating my month bill was over due. Frustrated i called up their customer care only to get invalid excuse. Just control your temptation and avoid loans as far as possible. If you want to avail a loan, go for nationalised banks. MNC banks are meant for the rich.

wherever you are it is the same action and reaction..do it where you are ..why take loan and get screwed up
