I understand few people are discriminated bcoz of language/state/age/sex, some people are not even contacted once their resume is sent bcoz these details are mentioned in the resume. The worst part is there is no guarantee that you will not be discriminated once you land a job as well, coz if the hr does not discriminate you new manager might. Its a shame that big MNCs that boast of transparency also have this kind of people who mess with the motivation of innocent and hard working employees.

actually....the idea is gr8 but couple years of experience as an employee is always an added advantage as it gives you the required exposure to the corporate world.

Actually HR is a idot who don't know any thing but shows that he is a one who know every thing. A lot of them can't identify a good person.
Employers today regularly recruit and replace raw talent and look for novel ways to lower expenses The available job positions have become more competitive with each passing minute. A four year college degree does not hold much merit anymore, they are a dime a dozen. With the advent of globalization, corporations continually search for cost effective employment solutions that sometimes inevitably end up somewhere over on the other side of the oceans.
to get a job today u shud be ready to say YES to whatever the BOSS says. say u will b slave and if u are humiliated u will not revolt instead u will lick the bosses to the extreme and when the time comes for promotion only those pple will be promoted those who are the bosses buddies

though i agree - i disagree. Everyone has a boss and also you are boss to someone so dont forget that shit. the quality of the people we have in software industry sucks. Unless you are arrogant being affliative does not help.I learnt this hard way. Professionalism and all only to a limit after than you have to take a stick

well the truth is if you let your boss have your A**...he will take it no matter how he is...
In India Employer expect only one thing and that is you should belong to the same state as of the Interviewer. Just answer one question "So you are from which state?" and you are selected or I will call you later on.
