I m currently in london, came as student 5year ago and can proudly say that british culture , people are among the best. If you sincere and nice you will always be respected.

Actually in India we discriminate people from other state and even a person from a different region of the same state. So we have no right to say that UK is discriminatory in the first place.
If you mind your own work in the UK you will not feel any discrimination. Actually you will get equal opportunity here than in India.
