Off the subject
by Ramesh on Sep 02, 2009 01:24 PM

This may be off the subject, but all must open the eyes for Allah has done justice for those responsible of Babri Masjid demolition.
a) Uma Bharati sacked from the party
b) Kalyan singh became the enemy of BJP
c) Advani is ready to be kicked from the party.

Dont ever abuse another religion, God sees everything..

LET US NOT FIGHT WITH EACH OTHER AND RUIN THE BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY INDIA.
NO RELIGION PROMOTES HATRED.
IF SOMEONE IS DOING BAD THINGS ,IT IS NOT BECAUSE HIS RELIGION TELLS HIM TO DO,BUT BECAUSE OF HIS INDIVIDUAL WRONG THINKING.LET US FIGHT THOSE INDIVIDUALS AND NOT BE AGAINST ANY RELIGION.

They were great who discovered that purity and balanced diet & remembering 'Allah'(God) for a month really recharge to one who observe 'Ramdan' for the rest of the year . Salute to the ancient seers /thinkers who discovered it and opened the secret to public.

Double standards in India
by ASHEESH KUMAR on Aug 28, 2009 10:40 AM  | Hide replies

In Indian offices ,if you are late then your boss shouts at you.But muslims are allowed for Namaaz in noon for 1 hour.
I worked in Maesrk India, and the branch head was a muslim. He would give moralistic lecture on late coming. But he himself would go for Namaaz for 1 hour.
There should be a uniform civil code.

Then, what about going for smoke many times a day? If you talk about uniform civil code, there are around at least 10 H1ndu festivals and holidays are granted for all, where as in many companies, we don't get holidays for even the 2 festivals we have. Do we complain?
In my company, people take multiple days off off for festivals like Navratri, Ganesh Chaturti , over and aove given holidays for the same. Many times, they come and go early.Mind you, not one person but many..Do we complain?

Guys, cool down

It is mentioned in quran that fasting has been made obligatory upon you as it was for the earlier people.
It is also mentioned that it has been made easy for you.

But the real essence of fasting is not whether it is easy or hard the real reason or essence is TAQWA
Whaht is Taqwa?
Taqwa means fear of god while doing anything wrong and knowing that Allah is watching you.
when we fast we dont eat or drink things that are halal(permissible food/drink) and thus we develop self restraint

TAQWA also means to develop self restraint in doing anything wrong which is temptive and thus to learn how to kill the temptations to do wrong things.
