Yes, you can get chicken Biryani for 2 people in a slumming joint for Rs 100..
But you will have to make do with uncouth people, crass ill mannered louts who talk loudly on their cells, people gargling at the basin etc etc.....
You pay more to avoid loutish ill mannered dehati skums.......
There is too much of village India that is creeping into the metropolitan cities....
