So very untrue !!
by ravi joshi on Sep 01, 2009 09:57 PM

I completely disagree with the message in this story. All those who believe, including the author, that Job Satisfaction = Boss Management are living in a different planet altogether. In the industry that I work in, people who just do "Boss happiness talks" are seen as incompetent and inefficient. You need to be able to prove to yourself about what you work for. And no boss - good, bad or ugly, can deny you that.

Boss behaviour
by Saurabh Sharma on Aug 24, 2009 04:51 PM

I am a empolyee in the telecom company for last 4 years.I had started my career with Tata Indicom where my reporting boss was Mr.Naveen Kumar(Now he is Airtel,Delhi as a Manager). He taught me all the important things due to which today i am working with another telecom at the Good post.In fact,he never got angry on my mistakes when I did. After that I never i got the chance to meet him but I always pray for his better career. That's why we can't say that every boss has the same behviour.

Poor story

I don't see anything in this story, just whims and fancies without legs. It depends purely on company culture how this particular incidence is taken.

Other than appraisal times

Boss is generally genial. Its just that we tend to appraise him/her once he/she gives feedback on your performance.

Hi, Iwas working in MNC and had a chance to work wonder VERY GOOD HELPFULL BOSS. Who I respect as a TRUE GURU in this world. He not only praised my hard work and also taught me about accounting' though I am a science graduate, I picked up basic of a/c which is now helping me a lot in my job. Here I want to name this Gentle man "Mr.R.Sampath". I have left the company long back in 2001. But could not reach my GURU after that. So, just want to say that every boss is not so bad, some are 2 gud to be praised as TRUE GURU AND GUIDE. Froms this message I want to convey my heatiest regards to my SIR / BOSS / GURU.
