5 golden rules of mental conditioning before the D day...i'am assuming that all of you will put the utmost effort in terms of taking test papers but unfortunately, that is not the gurantee to clear CAT.....
It is all in the mind and many well prepared students lose the mental game during CAT or even before CAT, just looking at the sheer numbers at a centre....

5 golden rules :

A) Don't get intimidated by the sheer numbers : When you go to any CAT centre, you will see the centre teeming with the thousands..don't get intimidated(ohhh, how am i gonna get in when so many take it??)....90% of therm are not serious CAT aspirants...out of the 4 lakhs who are expected to take CAT this year, i can assure you only 40K to 50K are serious aspirants, the rest are there only cos of peer pressure...

B) The fashion statement made by Hip hop boys and girls : At any CAT centre, you will see many hip hop bubble gum chewing group of boys and girls..looking at them, many simple guys get a complex....don/t!! They are there just to make a fashion statement, they are not serious aspirants..

C) During the exam, just sweep thru the online paper atleast once....identify your strength areas and take your strength section first..for eg.i always took reading comprehension first cos it was my strength....

D) Try and secure the minimum cutoffs in the weaker sections, that can be done by identifying the simpler questions in those sections...
