The region nearby Tata Power Bhira gets maximum rainfall in Maharastra. It can rain even 600-900 mm in one day. So dont worry about river drying out. You can also visit Pali or Tamhini ghat nearby this place(25 kms).
The white water rafting is a mind blowing experience. It really feels great. The distance is also so that it fulfills one's dream to do river rafting. And yes, at the end, the guide allows jumping into water and one can float for at least 1-2 kms in the steady water. Interested people should definitely have a go to experience :-)

I was there just before 20 days it is an amazing place to do rafting and to gaze the waterfalls. 13 KM water refting will make u the worth tour. Guide will allow you to jump in water and you will carry along with current. It cant be described here in words just go and have marvelous experiance of life there.
