I don't find this paid advertising or even PR, but even if it is, i don't care. The descriptions are excellent and incite and invite to this place like a magnet. Nice writing.
In India.. especially Middle Classes now behave as if they are in America. They have made Pizzas and Burgers their staple food. Their Income is limited but wants unlimited. On the other hand Americans are now trying frugal living which is what our ancestors did forever. Homecooked food is simple, healthy and cheap. The cost of making a Pizza with Maida and cheez might be Rs.30 or Rs.40 but they are selling it for Rs.500. Simple waste of money. We should stick to basics to prosper personally, professionally and spiritually.

If you have the money, what's frugality giving? In India there is a concept of eating out once or twice in a month. This is living, not wastage. And the food chains that have invaded India (McD, KFC, Pizza Hut, Dominoes) all seem to come from around America, so 'frugal' and sensible lifestyles are hardly tags that can justly be attached
The only thing I can tell about Mia Cucina is that the waiter (or the owner...whoever it is) was very rude. He looked more like a bouncer of a night club and wanted to kick us out...just because we asked for a few extra chairs...
