ONGC a public sector company had spend millions and millions of tax payers money to find Gas in KG Basin, with no positive results.
Then comes Mukesh Ambani a man whom sucess follows. He purchases the same Gas fields for around 38000Cr spend money on exploring Gas and Rigging, completes the project in half the time and gets millions of cubic feet of Gas, benefiting the country and saving the country from much needed exchequers money for the government, which generally goes for purchase of Oil and Gas at international prices and sells it at subsidised rates.
Government now has Gas and also gets good percentage of profit from RIL.
Government should just be a facillitator and should create policies and should not be involved in the actual work. This way the tax payers money can be saved Instead of going to sick companies like Air India where the bailout could be to a tune of 5000Crs of tax payers money for the folly committed by some erratic, stong headed and unprofessional Air India employees.
Privatise Air India / Indian Airlines and allow them to compete with other private carriers, the best company survives.
This project started by NRHM is very encouraging but if we focus on having only 1 child in a family will be more effective. For this education will play a great role as we know money is not the for every problem.

This policy has failed in China, now they are fcing with all soughts of problems.
There is no need to give any cash incenctive. In fact educate the people and let them know their duty to the nation. Having n number of kids is not a solution to our problem. Government announces all sorts of cash schemes but ultimately money is colelcted from the public. Let Government think of schemes which will benefit all class of people. Why the Government ignores such things.

in 2008-hnidu-82crore-75%(growth rate in 61 years 249% @ 4.07% /year) -msulim-25 crore-23%( growth rate in 61 years 833% @13.7% /year) -others(Crhistians) - 3 crore- 2%
from the above, the growth(incl. infiltration around 4 cr.) in 61 years by msulims r more than 580% that of hnidus(incl. like hnidus)! and hnidus reduced by 19% in simple arithmetic in 61 years where as msulims increased by 18% in terms of population percentage!
in simple calculation, if msulim & hnidu maintain same growth rate(i.e 13.5% /year for msulim and 4.07% / year for hnidu),after 27 years in 2035, MSULIM WILL BECOME ABSOLUTE MAJORITY IN INDIA(total population :197.7 crore)
in 2035 –msulim-92.5 crore-46.8% –hnidu- 90.2 crore-45.6%(that too if not a single convert to other religion!) -others- 7.6 crore-7.6%
by 2040- ALL HNIDU FESTIVAL WILL BE STOPPED

projection indeed hinting a dangerous future for pseudo hiindus!
i can blindly say that govt. will try to push hiindus only in incentive scheme and moreover, they will try to reduce hiindu child to 1 per family! it's a sinister plan to minimize hiindu population more than before for paving the way to 1slamise india! just think, if hiindus r limited to 1 child, then he/she will be my darling in family and will be brought up with more attention and care! this child will have such a bright future that her/she may migrate to foreign! then, who will save the nation from musliim cult? earlier day, hiindu mother wanted more sons to sacrifice for nation! now, efforts r being taken to minimize more in hiindus only but no efforts r taken on musliim section! it's a unbalance situation! hiindu must think, they r aheading a huge danger! hiindus r offering unsafety for their future generation!
there shud not be any incentive but a strict law for exclusively for msulims(as others r hardly having more children or wife) for 2 children and 1 wife!
this above strict law shud be implemented to all citizen who wish to live in india!
there shud not be any time bound for having two children means one each can be born in alternate years or in difference but it shud not cross two!
if crosses, then, there will be heavy amount of penalty, loosing job and voting right , ration card etc.
incentive will pave the way for another corruption! so, it shud be utterly rejected!

True. Very well said. But who will bell the cat?.Immense damage has alrady been done. Gloom and calamity stares into the eyes. Another immediate partition is around the corner. North East has turned into terrorist lands. All these are self made. Why blame others while our house is a shit pot. However efforts should continue.

If a family has a second child - deny additions to ration card (PDS)- charge school fees for the second child in Govt. schools, deny medical reimbursement for the second one and so on - you will see sure shot resuts in the shortest possible time.
Implement the NIC Successfully. Please introduce all such benefit schemes only after the NID is complete else it becomes one more government sceheme, which helps the middle men and government officials.
Why dosen't the government become the facillitator. I think excessive Government Servants are of not much use. It can implement contract system and get it done by all private operators and vendors.
Government should monitor activities and at all levels. This way Government can utilise the tax payers money effectively.
Government should operate only in key areas such as Health, Defense,External affairs, Finance, tax collection and the rest of the ministries need to be facillitators and policy makers.
This will make sure that the governments own expenditure should be bare minimum and since most of the jobs are private in nature the tax collection will improve and corruption will come down.
