Why is the article meant for doctors?
by timepass on Aug 17, 2009 10:57 AM

The article talks of generalized stuff applicable to any investor. And why does he assume doctors do not have as much brain power as him to know all these anyway?

There is a Little known way to Reduce ....

....your interest rates.

I recently found A little known way to save a small fortune by stop paying high
interest rates to banks on home loans etc.
The best way to get out and stay out of high interest rates of
banks is by using some of the little known NBFC and private
institutions which have access to low cost funds and can offer
lower rates of 6.5-7.5% fixed for entire tenure of the loan !

I changed from my banks rippoff rate of 12.5% to 7.5% from a NBFC using one of my contacts.
I'll be saving over 16.4 lacs over the next 15 years by changing over
to NBFC. I can now save and invest this amount
to earn more or repay the loan 35% faster than before.
why work longer to make the bank richer at your cost ?

If interested in lowering your interest u too can contact

ABsolutely! Not sure who designed this format. Don't understand what's the point of having the entire screen blank and utilizing just 20-30% of the space. I was a regular rediff reader but I hardly come to rediff now.

Agree. Rediff was very famous for fast website. Now the flash bases link is pathetic. Earlier all the required link on main page (emails, stock etc). Now we have click and click to find the required info. Some so called brilliant person or team has designed. We also observe such teams in our office we always stay near to senior leadership and become famous for nothing and some very brilliant people do get neglected because of not showing off. Guys this is the culture now a days live with it or learn it. Few will revolt. Look at the new designs. Our new office is designed only aesthetic point of view. Utility and safety is neglected. Some son/daughter of big political shot might have got this contract.

Very true. I too feel the same. Previously I first used to go through rediff and than start my work. the UI was very welcoming. Current format and design is not soo good. I hardly start my day with rediff. If possible please bring back the old template / design

True...earlier we good get all the news in a single list as "Just in". Now have to navigate a lot. Also If I am reading any personal finance article there where also other suggested similar articles. Not found here now. There should be an option like the rediffmail whether you want to use switch to the older version of the rediff.com

Very true.New format is not useful. Now we can see only the icons and rest of the screen is blank. Now I don't use the rediff to see the headlines.

.....of taking loans beyond their limits.

Its never a good idea to use more than 40-50% of your salary to pay EMI.

Taking loans whose EMI comes only 25% of your net salary also now is not advisable in view of reduced employment guarantee.
