I want to ask few things... what can be done when interview is already fixed & when people after preparing themselfs fail in finding jobs... in 2dy world especially in india you need recomendations where are few jobs & lakhs of people are in line. whats the guarentee that a person who gets job will carry one as he was during interview. they are number of factors office politics , attitude etc etc will determine the total outcome. iam sure lots of people will agree with me in this matter .

Its true that often recommendations help in securing a job , however god communication durig an interview can still impress the interveiwer who can come back if th eselected candidate fails to delver in few months time or i fthere was another opportunity. So never lose hope if you have not been selected , you have succeeded & made some headway ,if the opportunity knocks again. Sometimes th einterviewer may recommend you to others just because he was impressed by you or if you are agressive , you can follow up on your performance & get a recommendation from him for another opportunity. So the essence of the story is do your best always , it will help in the long run and never lose hope.
