1. The problem of premature ejaculation is under control. 2. The part can be cleaned easily after sex and after passing urine. 3. The problem of foreskin pain will not be there.

circumcision is practised in muslims and in christians and it has been followed since thousands of years . there is no harm in it. apart frm having good sex , the passing of urine is also good
I have done my operation for circumcision 12 years back. I also had the same problem as mentioned above. I am perfectly alright and enjoying happy family life. It is very simple.

Just curious. When circumcision is done is it only the portion that is protruding beyond the edge of the penis is cut off or is the skin covering the shaft also removed leaving the shaft completely exposed?

skin covering the shaft is removed, leaving it completely exposed... it is reletively easy and painless surgery.. and recovery is quick..
