in the indian context dating by so called modern individuals/partners is only skin deep. our pysches are steeped in culture and the modern dating only causes confusion in the persons and thier family links are strained/destroyed. the experience of shallowness may take a short time or a few years to become aware,by which time the person's well wishers/family are not around to help. friendships made through dating and excessive importance given to modern friendship is a curse in the indian context and to a person's all round development. logic is shallow,wisdom is timeless.

stop talking a western phenomenon in Indian context. We simply forget where these media persons lifting the news item from. and want rather force us to think and talk about it. This is a miniscule phenomenon in some sects of metros, and thats it. Where people specially females are flouting moral norms and they need no controls only rights and pills. We are getting degenerating societies having such youths who are batjhing in immorality and they ask questions and invent something like moral policing. verysoon even they wont like police-ing. They will have to face it then. no place for complain then
one kind of dating is between two unknown /known lovers meeting in some point like secret place ,nightclub ,multiplex ,garden ,lake for doing some legal and mostly obscene gestures .This kind of dating will always create anxiety ,friction .But I suggest dating in a temple will create spirituality which is long lasting and conform morality diction .Dating in a temple is age old and started from vedic time and will always give peace in mind .Practicing first kind of dating will ruin our younger generations where as second kind of dating will ignite our young minds to do good jobs .So why not our younger generation try the second one

Shailesh Gupta, sc rew you. The MOST number of crimes against women happen in Indian towns where they are SUPPOSEDLY following the SOCIETAL norms. Who would you say lags behind in safety for women? UP or Goa? Orissa or Maharashtra? Rajasthan or Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai??? Stop living like a camel with its head inside the tent, thinking that the storm has blown over!!

Nisha, I will not moral police your types. Please go and do whatever you wish at your will. Instead I would bring in a new regulation into all Govt and Private hospitals to debar all such types who land with a variety of problems! Hope that's not moral policing. What I mean to say is:

The both boys and girls in India have been brought up by giving moral education in family. The first kind of dating make the person older and secondly make younger.Tell the truth to the youth.
i dont find any problem in such kind of dating... its all a mutual understanding.. if you feel you can than go ahead. Its all about opportunity. If i get i will got for it and same is the case with every one.
