Everything will be normal if girls stop exposing them selfs in any Public place partys going for shopping malls getting house needs from BIg-bazar etc etc. One hand can never sound a clap. So girls stop exposing & safe your self

So u mean it don't happen in ARAB,IRAN or Afganisthan?? it do happen there also , every where ..where ever dirty minds are ..
But in an open economy the culprint can not get aways that easily ,as girl will raise voice and sent him behind the bars.
in situation of finatic ,old fashion ,dark age society , they can not speak up, as blame will go on the victim and never on the culprit.
We should punish and hang them to death all those who are involved in rape cases as they insulted a lady's morality. Instant judgement should be there as we have in Saudi.

With the modern facilities entering our country, we should make proper use of the facilities made avail to us, they should be used to our advantage & not merely copying it or bringing them into practice, to show superiority complex or hide our inferiority complex. The boys & girls should properly educate themselves regarding courtship, friendship, love sex etc. Girls should realize that in western countries the culture is different, as soon as they are major they get freedom from their home & as such they are more experienced in knowing what they ought to do or not to do where as in our country girls are not mentally & physically prepared, the parents main target is to see that their daughters are married at the earliest thus to get rid of their responsibility. Even if the girl does not have sexual thoughts in her mind & she gets friendly with a boy, the mind set is not to be good friends but the main intention is to enjoy the goods behind the clothes, without having respect for the sentiments of the girl, this attitude must change & until it changes the girls should avoid being in the company of males unknown or little known to them.Rape according to my thinking is one of the most inhumane crime committed by a male, as it leaves the female mentally & physically in a state of helpless.
Now a days it is fashion to go out with boys and have few pegs or beer (few cans). These girls especially first time drinkers have no idea what is the limit and don't take any care. End result they become easy targets for wolfs. so best thing for this girls from high society, if they want to get drunk or gulp few pegs, do it at home or friends place (safe friend)and even if out of control best friend will take care. So girls please avoid public places if you are not under safe care. I adviced few of friends kids to have if it is must at their house or any other safe place but not in pubs or bar. Parents must advice mainly boys who are always the culprits, to avoid taking girls or buzzing in bars. This way we can stop to certain extent the damage that is taking place in the name fashion.
