Diet pills: No quick fix to shed pounds

For removing.sheeding off that extra kilos & tummy,you need to follow a diet plan.Don't aviod food.Have meals at regular intervals.Drink lot of water.Do joggin or brisk walking for 30-40 min.Training is also imporatnt.Also get a sound sleep.
