.. the Capitalist cola companies must have shelled out millions to create this report. Colas are bad, period. Only good for Toilet cleaning. NExt time you want to get a bike, buy one. Do't be stupid to buy a cola bottle and spend money on SMS.

This is straight article. Cut down on ur cool drinks and hot beverages/drinks to see the reduction of weight, rather than focussing only on solid diets.. I dont know, which part u did not understand..
this is ridiculous. they are talking about 0.25kgs. drink a glass of water, about 250 to 300ml and your weight is up by 0.25 to 0.3kg. visit the toilet and your weight will reduce by the same amount. ha ha ha ha
Beverages and even water consumption should be curtailed during and immediately after meals. Wait like 30 minutes after meals before you down that glass of water.
