First of all I would like to appriciate your way of investment started PPF and Insurance its shows your long term plan. Continue on the same.. My suggestion is to enter in market through Mutual Fund...
1. First go for a Term insurance for 30 - 35 Years. In general no one will suggest but actually its a good plan to secure u r family. If you plan later you may need to pay more. Approx per year Rs.1500 more you have to pay...

2. Start ULIP, but make sure you are paying premium not only for 5 Years for min of 10 Years it will give good returns for Long term...

3. After that, go for Tax saving ELSS with SIP. It will help you to learn the market. Enter Stock market after 1-2 Years.

Also spend some money for your enjoyment/entertainment for every year... Saving money without your enjoyment is waste...
All the best

Sorry I missed Medical insurance.. It is a good practice for all... Go for some good medical insurance..
* Take separate Medical insurance for critical Illness but make sure your term is for max period..
