friends day by day its becoming very difficult to persue your dream of having a cozy house..forget house in some cities you can not even dream of buying a single room..its all game plan of our leaders ,builders and land mafia s my request is just spraed the the word that real estate market will crash very soon ,ask your friends relatives ,near and dear ones to pass on the message the realestate market could be pulled down by all of us..pl do not buy property in haste..spread the message RAEL ESTATE MARKET IS GOING TO CRASH

I agree with you. Even with 50 lacs there is no place available thats worth it.You must be aware of the term superbuiltup and carpet area. Atleast 30-40% of our money is being wasted. If we buy a flat of 1000sq. ft we get only 600-700 sq ft in actuals!!!
It is getting increasingly difficult to own a home for the salaried, people...even if your appraisals this year had been above average...lets say around 16% to 18%..effectively it is just 6%-8% because of the inflation which is approx 10%....it wont be shocking if you have to pay tax to dream about buying a home!!

u rightly said. it is very very difficult to lead a comfortalbe life in India. First all, our FM sri.chidambaram, should resign and he is one made impossible to make the common man dreams and he has not done nothing like cm of TN, at the age of 85, nothing he can do the people of inida, he should resign and allow good people to lead the state
Its very difficult to lead a comfortable life in India, with all these price hikes and interest hikes, dreams and ambitions are very costly even people are afraid to get married here. Better to lead a lonely life rather than gettitng married and adding up to the miseries or migrate to Australia or Canada.

we haven't selected them we are forced to select them in the name of democracy and government...but we've so much respect for them that if they die we'll be happy that we may get one day leave from office
