Except the last one none of them have mentioned the age and kind of activity level they have. Samreedhi doesnt all this change with age ??? A 20 year old who plays in college for one hour has a hectic lifestyle will perhaps have 5 chapatees for lunch and still be hungry and a 50 year old who sits in the offiec staring at a computer screen all day might just require 2 chapatees.
Breakfast :1 bowl of kelloggs cornflakes with whole milk and 1 paratha with little oil, banana and 10 almonds Lunch: 3 rotis, 1 bowl dal, 1 bowl vegetables and salad Dinner: Apple and cup of whole milk
hi i am shuba, i have 3 chapatis with masoor or toor dal and vegetables (cooked in dal or made as curry). maximum 1 chapati with dal for dinner. i need to reduce 5 kgs and i have started this diet two days ago. can you please tell if this is ok or i should change it to reduce weight. i make chapatis with oil to prepare the dough and use less oil to cook dal and veggies. thanks
