Except the last one none of them have mentioned the age and kind of activity level they have. Samreedhi doesnt all this change with age ??? A 20 year old who plays in college for one hour has a hectic lifestyle will perhaps have 5 chapatees for lunch and still be hungry and a 50 year old who sits in the offiec staring at a computer screen all day might just require 2 chapatees.
