I construct new house in my village. Since land is having the co-owner (My brother),i had included my brothers name also in the housing loan. Now, some of the persons are telling that i can not claim the whole tax benifits even though i am paying the full payment(Principle and intrest). Is it true? Then how much % i can claim and plese suggeust what i have to do to claim the whole income tax benifit.
