1. It is not wise to send a child after Class X, because he/she is not mature enough for foreign education and he/she is likekly to spoil with the kind of personal lives they lead there. At that age, he cannot be on his/her own unlike that society where children are taught to be independent from their childhood. Indian conditions are different.
2. Europe is not a popular destination, because many of the countries do not speak English and they have very strict immigration policies. UK although English speaking country, has no respect for honouring their commitments. They invite you on one policy, change the policy retrospectively and see that you do not qualify under the policy you have gone there. Ridiculous immigration policies. In some countries like Finland/Switzerland/Netherlands, they grant you visa upto the date of your last exam, and on the same day in the evening after writing the last exam you have to fly out of that country.
3. April 2008 is very ideal to attempt GRE exam which enables you to apply for Fall 2009.

Many times rediff, tag the article's with in-appropriate heading, or catchy headlines to make more no. of hits.
