tax impact on investment income for salaried employee

being salaried employee I pay tax ,in current FY , I have invested Rs.10 lacs( through savings account cheque ) to my friends financial consultancy firm who got me much better return than normal FD , I expect Rs.200000 as ROI. How such income can be shown so that max tax benefit avail.

TDS applicable

Dear All
My name is muthu working in proprietor firm. Just from past 3 months i am getting salary of Rs.19000. here they deducted Rs.566 per month as TDS. Is it applicable for me. In case if i move from this job or resign what to be done? Is any document to be taken from my current firm against this? Kindly advice me.

Dear Mathu,

i think,tax is not applicable for your salary
Because : 100000 saving, 20000 inf bond,
40% of HRA Allowance
9600 CA
is exemputed from your salary if u are giving the supporting documents to your firm.

if u resign. than u need form 16

What are the limits of exemptions in the following heads;
Tranportation Allowance (whehter includes DA or not)
Chilren Education Allowance-Reimbursement to what extent exempted
Compensatory Allowance whether full exempted of the limit
