i m currently doing my training in delhi, i can b the most suitable example for anybody to say how it helps. It helps in making contacts which helps u in future, it helps to apply ur theory learning into practical. It helps improving ur interpersonnel skills. It is a imp tool for over all development.AN MBA DEGREE WITHOUT TRAINNING IS OF NO VALUES, THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BTWEEN THE FULL TIME AND DISTANCE LEARNING IS THE EXPERIENCE AND ITS THE EXPERIENCE WE GET THROUGH ANY SUMMER INTERNISHIP PROGRAMME.

hi im MBA student.i want to know where to do summer job in which company.im staying in vizag.
Yes,out of all students who undergo summer program, only 4-5 per students get any value addition or learning. For rest its jus waste of time. The thing is that to make Summer program successful, it neeeds coperation from both sides i.e Industry as well as college. But most of the time,it is jus introduced in cirriculum just for the sake of making it part, but no efforts are taken to make it a success. Niether Industry people let Students to be entertained in any learning or grooming project. They are jus passed on with time pass projects and result is as same as timepass during the summer internshi duration.. so baby take a chill pill and enjoy..
I am a final year student. During the 3 yrs of my graduation i did summer internships during all the summer breaks. Initially i thought that these would not be of any help. But today i can say that the internship experience has been useful. Firstly, it gives you a kind of confidence when you face the interviewers. Secondly, its a great opportunity to experience the corporate world. Thirdly, it gives you an edge over other fresh graduates. My internship really helped me during the campus placements and even gave me an edge over the commerce/science students. So for all graduates the best would be to utilise the time in the most constructive manner in the possible

Everybody needs to select a career may be for the following aim: 1) Make lot of Money. 2) Be satisfied in life and happy. For both the above aim one basic thing will be required - you need to work to best of your abilities. You get to know your attributes, strengths and weaknesses. Working for interneship is the best method to get exposure to real work life. You wrok during this tenure not probably for earning money but to know how the things are done practically in any business and waht you can positively contribute - may be in future. You also come to know whether the particular job profile suit your aptitude, what skills you need to develop. what weaknessess you need to control. May be in next vacation you can try one more job. may be you are able to excell in one of this internship job and your employer make a standing offer to join him as soon as you complete your acdemic career. Media creates a hype when MBAs are selected during 'on campus interview' creating an impression that one you do MBA you get a ggod job. Many students don't realise that those guys were working for some times more than 4 years before joining MBAs and have rich experience under their belt - making them eligible for appointment. they are also not aware about the fate of many MBAs who have just joined for degrees and remain unemployed - as they joined MBAs without any exposure to practical life. In European countires and U. S. the standard of education is better becasue even faculty is having a rich exeprience of working with the Industry. So why stduents even faculty of Indain colleges should consider this option - making themselve better prepared to share their knowledge with future citizen and architect of India.
We are looking for IT students interested in developing couple of programs in C# and java. Students around Chembur, Vashi, Sion will be preferred. call on 25513728. Attractive stipend as per results.
