hi, My dad my some deposites in then year 2011, 2012 and didn't give his form 15H. so tax was detected on the interest by the bank. so now how do i claim that tax detection back? Can i get it by applying online. what is the form i need to fill in? pls guide me.
Hello, Sir. I've joined a LPO as a trainee since July 2011 and I'm being paid stipend of Rs. 8,000. However, the company is deducting 10% of the stipend i.e. Rs. 8000 as TDS. I believe I'm not liable to pay tax as my income does not cross the exemption limit. How to claim the refund for the TDS? Thanks
