Hello Mr Harsh I have taken Loan of 6,00,000 at 14.69% for tenure of 5 years and I have already paid the loan EMI for 16 months & remaining balance is appx. Rs. 4,75,000/-. Now, other bank is offering PL loan on 11.30% interest for 5 years. So I intend to take the loan from other bank @ 11.30% interest for close of first PL account. Please tell me what is profit or loss to me. Condition of second PL loan (Pre-payment charges = Salaried - 13-24 Months - 4% of Principal Outstanding,25-36 Months - 3% of Principal Outstanding>36 Months - 2% of Principal Outstanding)

hello sir, i have taken motagege loan of rs. 2500000/- from city bank mumbai. if i paid some of amt of rs. 10lakhs or 15lakhs repay to bank( before one year from loan starting or either after one year ) there is any charges/fine/penalty charges. and also there is any charges/fine /penalty for fully close loan amt.

Hello Mr.Harsh i have taken Loan of 637000 at 13.99% for tenure of 5 years as on date i have paid the loan for 13 months and now bank is offering me a topup of 50000 and reduce the interest rate to 13%.... Is this a good deal Thanks in advance
