I m 27 old girl. My weight is 80kg. I want to lose weight. I joined gym 10 days. I lost 2 kgs. 78 kg. But sometimes I chk it shows 79kg. Sometimes 78. My trainer gave me the diet. I follow the same diet. He told to take detox drink at morning. In breakfast I take egg white, salad and Marie light biscuits. At afternoon I take two chapatis and bhaji. At evening I take Marie light and some diet chivda. At night I take only 1roti and salad. This is my routine. Plz help me
