i had applied for student visa on 25th jan 2010 but got refused bcoz while showing sources of funds i showed a loan letter from co-operative credit society.Officer said that society is not registered under Reserve bank of India. but actually it is registered but not under RBI. it is registered under maharashtra state co-operative association which is fully legal.
so if i reapply again for visa with the proof of this registration certificate (photocopy) & REG. no. so my appication will be accepted or refused. please reply me as soon as possible.

I got admission at the University of Wolverhampton for B.Eng (hons) Mechanical. My total tution fees and living expenses for one year is around 15,000 pounds. Can my sister and brother-in-law working in UK as Doctors sponsor for my studies? Will this adversly affect my chances of getting a visa?

No, you cannot, for student visa, the fund should be either in your own account for 28 days or it should be in your parents account. Sponsorship cannot be used in the case of student visa.
My total cost of Studying in UK is 4500pounds 7200pounds living expense and it is all covered by loan so is it necessary to show liquid assets in bank in my brother account,as my brother is sponsoring me, he has 4 lacs. cash.

No one can sponsor you other than a government agency such as Bank in the case of a student visa. So if the bank loan covers all your living and studying expenses in UK, there is no need to show any other assets.
