hi sir, two months before i went to visa interview with my documents, but i got refused due to i have no client shown, i have only the employer letter. so they gave me 221(g) letter and said me to send the supporting documents to the consulate mail id. i have requested my petitioner for the documents, they have sent me little late and i have mailed the same documents to consulate mail id. so the last thing i would like to know is, what would the next step be? what can i do now? should i take a new appointment? or should i wait for any reply from the consulate? please let me know?
Hi Vakil sir. I have h1b approval in the year 2008 and went for stamping in 2009. Counsellor asked for additional documnets u/s221(g) for , i have my documents ready and re submitted. However my they informed me that the vis is refused coz my petetioner was not able to provide me qualifying employment in US. My vis is valid till 30th October 2011. Now I have job ready in US. How can I appeal for re consider for stamping. Lastly consulting company(not VISA sponsoring company) wants me to file to h1b to get this job. Will that possible to file new visa in liue of refusing and the visa is still valid ??
Sir I want to ask that my selection had another company for other countery but now I've some problem for going then could be cancil my visa va Campany because last two month before i deposited my passport to company..and how much cost of cancilation? Pls sug.me.
