i came to know that my credit card bill wasn't paid my friends when i was left india 6 years before as i have paid money to friends to pay-off to bank. Now , after 6 years, bank traced me and asking me to pay. Now i don't have job in hand and they are calling me to pay immediately. What happen if i delay paying until i get new job. deva
What is the process of getting debt settlement for a credit card and personal loan? My Friend lost his job and there was a medical emergency in his family. Now what is he supposed to do as he had sold his assets still the debt is high. His total debt for credit card is 2 lakhs and Personal loan is 1 lakh. Please suggest an expert or mediator for negotiation on settlement.
I have to settle my loan on credit card with ABN Amro Bank, the total o/s is Rs. 30000/-, including around Rs.8500/- late charges, which they refused to waive. I have taken Rs. 50000/- loan on card which emi is 2644, last year 4 emi has been paid late, and thereafter i have been paying rs. 3000/- since 7 months. Late fee has been charged in every statement. Now i have to get rid of this burden, at which amount we negotiate to settle, my principal balance must be around Rs. 22000/-. Upto which level i can settle ? pls help
