Need suggestion reg Home Loan
by Guest on Mar 12, 2009 02:49 PM

I have identified a property in hyderabad which costs around Rs.30 Lakhs including registration. I draw monthly salary of Rs.45000. I would like to go for Home Loan for a duration of 15 years. SBI is offering 8% fixed interest rate for 1 year and then floating rate of 9.5% for the rest of the duration. Is it suggestible? Please suggest me which bank to go for and either floating interest rate or fixed.
