Stress vs sex life
by Kumarendra Mallick on Jan 27, 2007 12:24 PM

Surely, stress is the spoilsport in intimate lives. However, a suggestion to bring a gift and some wine is foolish, to say the least. The consultant in this this case prescribes a seemingly wrong doze. One is talking of a relation with wife of a girl friend, and not an outside affair. Let sex life be mixed with some moral value than blind intoxication

Is Stress Destroying your sex life?
by Pudugram Vaidyanathan on Jan 22, 2007 12:54 PM

Sex is the only instinctive activity in which one needs the active mental and physical cooperation of another human being. Hence, it becomes doubly difficult. Men and women are as different as chalk and cheese in most matters, and especially where sex is concerned. Both need to be open, and communicate each other's problems, likes and dislikes. Earlier, sex used to be one sided, with the man deciding when and how, and the woman meekly complying. Today, things have changed for the better, and the woman's participation is equally important. It has been wonderfully said by someone that 'Men take marriage as a compromise, so that they can have sex, while women accept sex, so that they can have a marriage'. The final solution to a happy sex life totally hinges on good communication and a honest rapport. Stress is something that we all have, from birth to death, in varying grades and quantities. This cannot become a reason for failure in any field, including sex, for if one were to use stress as an excuse for success, one is sure to fail.

Stress & related problems in sex life

To my experience, if you can overcome stress, the love life will also have positive results; The most suitable thing to do is to practive pranayam daily for just half an hour preferably in the morning or else in the evening; especially " Kapaalbhathi" and "Anulom Vilom". This will help you in secretion of good hormones and reduce secretion of bad ones. The result will be a very very positive approach to each and every problem and no stress can attack you either at work or in
sex. I am (60 ) and my wife 56 both have achieved good results by practising pranayam. Do it. achieve the results, everything positive; don't go for viagra or any poison(medicines); you will have a pleasant surprise... Thanks... God bless you all ...

Pranayam is the ancient science of breathing(inhaling and exhaling) in proper way. To know more please log on to www.divyayoga.com the official website of Pathanjai Yogpeeth & University, Haridwar; you can see live pranayam classes on the web itself.
It is very simple once you understand it. Alternatively you can see live pranayam programme of Swami Ramdevji on Aastha Channel between 6.00 to 8.00 and 20.00 to 21.00. It is worth doing it; or else enquire whether there is any Yoga and Ayrvedic clinics in your area run by Pathanjali Yogpeeth; they will guide you....thanks for the interest...
