PART 3 of the article is very useful.this covers the very common problems that retard the work speed. It would be even more benefical if you could add "How to use macro's" to it..It is tough to get started with it..esp for users who are not familiar with VB.

Basics on Excel and Access
by S Sarkar on Jan 14, 2007 10:50 PM

Your article on MS Words was very illuminating and useful.
It would be great if you can also come out with some basic knowledge of operations of excel and access. More so about how to use Pivot table and VLookup in excel and other programs. What is the difference between excel and access since both are for database ?

Hi,
Really good write-up on MSword. Can you provide some suggestions to make sure e-mails can be composed (with pictures jpgs/gifs embedded) on outlook 2K that will retain its uniformity irrespective of the receivers mail client (outlook 2K3 or any other), and screen resolution

In outlook , click on "Tools -> Options -> Mail Format".
Change the option in "Compose in this message format" and select both the MS Word options below it.
