Dear All, I develop this fissure due to protein supplument i took while working out at gym.now ia hvae gone through laser surgery for fixing the same. i request every body never to take any kind of supplements until and unless same is prescribed by a doctor. high protein causues constipation due to which piles and fisure develops.

I am 21 years old,from last 1 month i was feeling little pain while i removing my stool,But i thought it might be Natural. Now i can feel a small lump while defecation and goes after the bowel movement. Is this the starting of Piles or is something else ? please suggest some good methods to eradicate this problem asap as i am worried too much.
