is it worth investing in funds at anytime or shall we keep track of mrkt and wait for a fall and then invest?

if only we cud all time the market...well any time is the right time,provided your horizon is healthy,when i say healthy i mean more dan 2 years must be given to every equity investment which hs proved to be fundamentally strong.

YOu can invest in Reliance Diversified Power sector fund / Reliance Vision / Reliance Regular Saving fund , Franklin India Templeton etcccccc

I know about HDFC Equity as I've invested in it. And I'm doing a monthly of Rs 1,000.

It can better be invested in SBI or HSBC. For more details long on to hsbc investment website.

When you are unsure about Shares, it is better to go for Eqity Funds as it gives good returns.
