Its informative no doubt about it. The writer could have made more elobrative by taking some examples of the people in IT sector, Pharmaciticals etc. which will help in tuning the appriasal procedure better.

This is a very good article and it is very informative. Unfortunately my appraisal is already completed and would definitely like to use it in the next aprraisal which is scheduled for next quater.

this is a really good article, though its bit late, we are already through our first round or appraisal,with the final round to happen,i will surely save this to be used for the next appraisal

This good input but suppose u want a pay hike and u have justified reasons and accomplishment too,but your fails to recognise that and ignore due to budget restrictions (human resource budget ) what is the best approach
